Los Angeles, Calif.-after filing and eventual request for dismissal of divorce, the court granted that Patricia Arquette and husband Thomas Jane to stay married.

According to the court records, Arquette requested for a dismissal of their divorce case, which was submitted to court back in January. The dismissal didn’t state a reason why she asked for the said request only that it was filed on Tuesday and was granted on Thursday.

Arquette and Jane were married back in 2006 and now have daughter named Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane.

The “Medium” star won an Emmy Award for her role in the said series back in 2005, while Jane starred in movies such as “The Mist” and “The Punisher.” He now appears in the new HBO series, “Hung.”
