London, England-The rain poured hard during the “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” premiere, causing its stars to get all wet while walking on the red carpet.
Daniel Radcliffe, the lead star of the saga’s latest film, wore a chic gray suit over a pink shirt, but he got all wet thanks to the rain shower. His co-star Rupert Grint, who fell into a slight bout of swine flu last week, also got soaked under the unexpected bad weather.
Emma Watson meanwhile could thank her designer Ossie Clark for using quick-dry fabric for her vintage dress, but photographers got a glimpse of her underwear when she shook her dress in an effort to dry up.
“Frankly, I think they would turn out in earthquakes and tornadoes,” says Jason Isaacs, also known in the movie as Lucius Malfoy. “That’s the effect the ‘Harry Potter’ stories have.”
“Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” hits the US theaters on July 15.
