London, England-a lot of countries have been warned about the “swine flu” epidemic that has been going all over the world the past few weeks, and it now has entered the realm of show business-via Rupert Grint.
Grint, the young actor who’s more popularly known as “Ron Weasley” in the “Harry Potter” franchise, contracted a mild case of swine flu last week.
“Ron,” as he is known to fans, plays Harry’s best friend in the whole wizard-adventure saga. He took a few days off from shooting the franchise’s latest sequel to take some rest, and is now recovering from the disease.
In related “Harry Potter” news, Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger in the film, said that kissing Grint is probably the most horrible thing she did on screen.
Not that she doesn’t like Grint, Watson says she and her co-star have grown to be more than siblings during their years of working together on set-not to mention growing up together. The “romantic” intent of the kissing scene just made her feel awkward.
“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows,” the last of the franchise, is scheduled to hit the screens first on 2010, and then on 2011.
