Michael Jackson, the King of Pop who passed away last Thursday due to cardiac arrest, was reported to be at a very bad physical state at the time of his death, says the leaked results from his official autopsy.
According to the leaked report obtained by Britain’s “The Sun,” Michael only weighed 112 pounds, was badly disfigured and was already bald when his sudden death arrived. His face also had a number of scars due to numerous cosmetic operations, his nose bridge gone and the right side of his nose had already caved in. He also bore bruises on his back, knees and shin, allegedly due to a fall.
Finally, pathologists found only partially dissolved pills in the icon’s stomach during the autopsy, says the report.
Two separate autopsies were done to find out the real cause of Jackson’s death: first by the Los Angeles coroner, and second by a private expert hired by his family.
