Toronto, Canada-Police authorities have already filed assault charges against Black Eyed Peas’ tour manager Polo Molina after he allegedly punched celebrity blogger Perez Hilton outside a Toronto nightclub early Monday morning.

The alleged incident took place outside the Cobra nightclub, where Hilton and B.E.P members will.i.am and Fergie got into a heated argument concerning the blogger’s potential writeups about them. According to Hilton, he was punched at the back by Vella outside the club, while he was preparing to leave.

Hilton, the Black Eyed Peas, Molina and other pop stars such as Lady GaGa were at the said nightclub Sunday night right after attending the MuchMusic Video Awards.

Molina surrendered to the authorities and is now facing assault charges from Hilton, according to Tony Vella, Toronto Police Constable. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 5.
