Los Angeles, Calif.-Romance is in the summer breeze for Hollywood’s Ashley Greene and Adrian Grenier-or is it not?

The stars, whose name initials are the same, confirm that the rumors about them dating are nothing more but rumors.

“They are rumors,” says Ashley in an interview at the Los Angeles Lakers’ victory celebration Thursday. “We met at a surfing event and I haven’t seen him since.”

Adrian agreed with the “Twilight” star’s answer, saying that they were not a couple.

“You said it yourself, rumors,” he said. “Yeah, come on-can’t get snapped with anybody without them saying something.”

There is, however, one star Adrian wants to be with- in terms of making a guest appearance in series he stars in, “Entourage.” It’s “Iron Man” star, Robert Downey, Jr.

Ashley Greene still has a few months to wait for the release of the much awaited “Twilight” sequel, “New Moon,” that’s expected to hit the big screen on November 20.

Adrian’s fan following meanwhile need to wait not much longer, as the sixth season of “Entourage” opens on July 14 in HBO.
