Los Angeles, Calif.-David Carradine’s body was supposed to arrive in Los Angeles on Monday, along with it are the questions about his death.

According to Thailand officials, the results of the autopsy done on Carradine’s body last week would still take three weeks to produce results. Because of this, Mark Geragos, lawyer of David’s brother, Keith, a second autopsy would be conducted upon the arrival of the actor’s body.

Forensics expert Dr. Michael Baden confirmed that he would take part in the autopsy but did not add further details. The Los Angeles Country Coroner will not be doing autopsy, says a county spokesman, due to possible difficulties in accuracy analysis with a second autopsy after the first one is completed.

Geragos opened the possibility of foul play for Carradine’s death, as he was found hanging in the closet of a Bangkok hotel room, naked, with a rope tied around his neck, hands and genitals. One speculation was that he died by accident due to auto-erotic asphyxiation.

Carradine was in Bangkok to shoot his latest film, “Stretch.”
