Bangkok, Thailand-David Carradine, star of the longtime TV series “Kung Fu” and later known to younger audiences as “Bill” of the “Kill Bill” franchise, was found dead in Bangkok, Thailand.
According to a spokesperson for the US Embassy Michael Turner, the 72-year old actor died either late Wednesday or early Thursday, but the exact details could not yet be disclosed in respect for his family.
Meanwhile, it was reported at the website of the Thai broadsheet “The Nation,” unidentified police sources said they found Carradine hanged in his luxury hotel room in Thursday, thus believing that he committed suicide.
Carradine belonged to one of the prominent families in Hollywood show business, led by father John Carradine, and brother Keith.
