Central Islip, New York- Michael Lohan, father to Lindsay and Ali Lohan, is charged of threatening his fiancée over the phone.

This isn’t the first time Lohan faced such charges; last month he surrendered to the authorities on a charge of aggravated harassment, according to the Suffolk Country district attorney’s office.

This time, he said he would kill himself and his fiancée Erin Muller if she left him.

Michael Lohan meanwhile denies to the press that he made such threats. His lawyer meanwhile did not give a return call after being phoned for comments.

Back in 2007, Lohan was released from prison after spending two years for DUI and attempted assault.

Daughter Lindsay meanwhile is known to have not contact with her estranged father.
