New York City-”American Idol” runner up Adam Lambert is cool about Clay Aiken’s nasty blog comments against him, as well as the latter’s apology through a stream of blog posts last week.
“I don’t know Clay,” Adam said after performing on the “Today Show.”"I’m he’s getting headlines now though, because he wasn’t before.”
Clay bashed Adam in his blog posts last week saying that he couldn’t take this season’s runner up’s singing, pertaining to Adam’s performance of “Ring of Fire.”
Clay however, took back his words and apologized to Adam via new entries in his blog.
“I do apologize to Adam for my colorful (and negative) choice of words. I hope he can forgive me,” Clay wrote on his blog.
“If he wants to ride my coattails about it, good for him,” Adam chuckled, and then gave Clay a thumbs up sign.
