In order to grant soon-to-be wife Heidi Montag’s guest list wishes, Spencer Pratt lied to Lauren Conrad saying he spread the rumors of her sex tape, just so to make her attend Speidi’s wedding.

“See, my lovely wife wanted that girl, LC, to be at our wedding, and I knew I had to do whatever as [an] almost-husband to get her dream wedding put together,” the reality TV star says. “So I lied and said that I made something up to make somebody feel good about themselves so that they would attend the wedding.”

But Spencer still insists that LC has a sex tape.

“The Hills” star meanwhile is about to leave the reality show by the end of the current season.

Heidi Montag, on the other hand, says that she wanted her ex-BFF-turned-enemy-friend at her wedding for closure. “I just felt like it was a good time for her to move on in a better, positive direction and on a fresh page,” Heidi said. “I just wanted everyone to be there and especially because she’s not on the show any more, I would love her to be there and a part of it.”

LC, as well as other cast members such as Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner and Stephanie Pratt-and many other guests, the newlywed couple received not a single gift.

“I didn’t get anything.” Heidi said.
