Los Angeles, Calif.- after the success of the documentary “Farrah’s Story,” which tackled on Farrah Fawcett’s battle with anal cancer, longtime companion Ryan O’Neal tells that there will be a follow-up documentary.

O’Neal revealed the news in a phone interview on NBC’s “Today” show on Monday.

“We haven’t stopped filming and we’re going to make a second installment of her life eventually,” says the actor via phone patch to Meredith Vieira.

Fawcett, despite being too sick to be at the movie’s premiere, watched the documentary’s debut on Friday night with O’Neal and friend Alana Stewart, who also produced the film.

“She had a very low pulse,” says O’Neal. “But her pulse got stronger as the film continued.”

Stewart meanwhile said that Farrah grew emotional while watching the film.

“Farrah’s Story,” made its debut on NBC garnered 8.9 million viewers from across the country.
