Director David Slade caused some uproar among ‘Twilight” fans over the weekend after getting caught saying nasty comments about the film-considering he’s the anointed director to shoot “Eclipse,” the third leg of the vampire franchise.
But Slade has already said sorry to all the fans he had offended, and he will still direct “Eclipse”.
So what’s new in “New Moon”?
First off, it seems like the whole New Moon cast is already complete in the Vancouver set, with Dakota Fanning already present. Fanning, who’s going to take on the role of Jane, was spotted at a Vancouver hotel, and yes, she came to British Columbia to shoot her scenes for the “Twilight” sequel. (see pic below)
Twilight stars Selena Gomez and Taylor Lautner seem to be getting too comfortable with each other for the past few days. The two can frequently be seen together when they’re not on the set, having dinners and even hugging each other frequently. Is there a budding romance between the two? Neither of them has given an answer yet.
Just as Twilight fans have forgiven Director David Slade for his disparaging anti-Twilight comments, they are about to focus their hatred for someone else-Megan Fox.
The sultry young actress just said in interviews that Twilight star Robert Pattinson is a “waste of time”. Why so? For the reason that Pattie is in his twenties.
“He and Zac (Efron)-they’re just too pretty with the big hair and the suits. And Rob is, what, 22? Zac is 21? That’s a joke,” Megan said. “Boys in their twenties are a waste of time. They have nothing to offer conversationally; they’re immature. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his thirties.”
Pattie has not responded yet to Fox’s harsh comments, as he is busy promoting his new film, the Dali biopic “Little Ashes,” where he shares a hot steamy gay kiss with fellow actor Javier Beltram. And finally, the pics are out!
