Jon Gosselin, who stars in the reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” is making headlines after being photographed without his wedding band and with an unidentified woman. US Weekly was able to snap a picture of the dad of 8 leaving a club at around 2am reportedly drunk. Now, Jon has reached the cover of US Weekly with the title, “Caught with other woman. Shocking pics. The reality dad of 8 takes off his wedding band for a naughty night.”
On April 18, Gosselin was seen arriving around 11pm at the Legends Lounge, near their $1.3-million home in Wernersville, and exiting the club at around 2am. According to ‘US Weekly’ sources, which may or may not really exist, the dad of 8 was overheard yelling “Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!” The girl then jumped into his Nissan Nismo and handed him his jacket. When cameras started snapping, Jon reportedly panicked and asked the female to “Get in the Car” and sped off hastily.
Jon’s wife Kate was in Washington, promoting her book “Eight Little Faces.” TLC didn’t respond when asked for comments, but Jon sent an e-mail explaining the incident, saying, “I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car. Yes, I have female friends — but that is all she is. I’m not going to end my friendships just because I’m on TV. However, being out with them late at night showed poor judgment on my part. What makes me sick is that my careless behavior has put my family in this uncomfortable position. My family is the most important thing in my life and it kills me that these allegations have hurt them.”
Apparently, this isn’t the first time the 32-year-old has been reported cheating his wife. Just last February, Jon was allegedly flirting and even attempted to kiss girls from Juniata College. Jon revealed to People before that raising their 8 kids in the public eye has put stress on their marriage, saying “Kate’s career is taking off and I’m a bit lost. This struggle has definitely put some tension in our marriage.”
