The Twilight stars aren’t the only ones who are receiving overwhelming attention from fans of the book and movie franchise, the Twilight Saga. Kalama, Washington, the location where the local high school used in filming some of the “Twilight” scenes is receiving the same “mania” as the vampires and wolves.

According to the Daily News of Longview, since the Twilight DVD was released last month, fans from all over the world has visited the 71-year-old school’s parking lot. The film has turned the Kalama High School into an overnight tourist spot.

School Supt. Jim Sutton revealed that around 15 to 20 Twilight fans have been showing up on school grounds daily. Sutton said most tourists come in groups and take turns posing in the same spot as actors in the film. Many of these tourist also stopover other “Twilight” locations, including Forks and St. Helens.
