Henry Ian Cusick, the actor best known for portraying Desmond in the hit series LOST,  is being sued by a former ABC employee, who alleges sexual battery and harassment against Cusick.

According to document papers filed yesterday in LA court, Cusick allegedly squeezed the plaintiff’s breasts and placed his face on the middle of her breasts, caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds and kissed her on the mouth.

The plaintiff claimed these incidents occurred on the LOST set sometime before or after October 16, 2007. She said ABC fired her 12 days later, after reporting the alleged sexual harassment. She worked for ABC since 1997.

In the court documents, the plaintiff is also suing ABC Entertainment and Grass Skirt Productions. She is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.
