Baby Harlow, the daughter of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, just turned 13 months and she’s already going to be a big sister.

Nicole Richie and her life partner Joel Madden happily announced last night that baby number 2 is on the way. He published a post on the official Good Charlotte blog 11pm last night entitled, “Better than winning an OSCAR!”

It said: “What’s better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your (sic) all feeling as good as i am right now………”
