Heroes co-stars Milo Ventimiglia and “the cheerleader” Hayden Panettiere have called it quits. For a couple with a 12-year age gap, it’s seems bound to happen.

According to a source of  Usmagazine.com, “It was a lifestyle conflict. They were in very different places. They are still on friendly terms. There are no hard feelings.”

The couple split just within the last week. Apparently, the 19-year-old Panettiere likes to go out in the Hollywood scene and “that’s not his style,” adds the source.

Fortunately for the 31-year-old Milo, he has plenty of things to keep him busy. The actor is now working on “Divide Pictures” – Ventimiglia’s production company and continues to work on the hit series, Heroes.

The two started dating in 2008.
