There’s no contest that the Jonas Brothers has a LOT of young fans, but compared to Robert Pattinson who has caught the hearts of both young and adult fans with his vampire role in Twilight, the Jonas Brothers is no competition. So when the JoBros wanted to be involved in the Twilight sequel “New Moon,” it wasn’t a surprising decision.
The Jonas Brothers told MTV, “The movie was obviously a huge success, and if they asked us to be a part of [the sequel], that would be great,” Nick Jonas said. Joe and Kevin agreed, saying, “It would be really cool. That would be really cool”
Funny thing about their desire to get into the New Moon action is that the brothers haven’t even seen the movie, or read the book for that matter. Joe admitted, “I haven’t seen it. But I have heard it’s a great movie.” Kevin added that they often get advance DVDs and “watch them on plane rides.”
I say stick to what you do JoBros. Leave the soundtrack to Robert Pattinson, who has done a pretty good job with the Twilight songs “Never Think” and “Let Me Sign.”
