As contended by her legal conservator, her father Jamie Spears and attorneys for Britney, a temporary restraining order have been issued against Adnan Ghalib, an ex-boyfriend, Sam Lutfi, a friend and John Eardley, a lawyer, citing all three as a disruptive force and are now ordered to stay the hell away from Ms.Spears until next month when the court hears the case again to determine whether the order should be extended.
The order entirely cuts off the three individuals from any form of communication or contact to Britney Spears, to her parents and specially to her two young sons.
According to court records acquired through the Associated Press:
“On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears’ health and well being.”
