Jamie Spears, Britney’s dad, recently obtained restraining orders Friday against three people – Britney’s ex-beau Adnan Ghallib, her former manager Sam Lutfi and lawyer Jon Eardley.
Daddy Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who are the court-appointed conservators to Briney Spears, say that the three men are “working together to disrupt the conservatorship with complete disregard to Ms. Spears’ health and well being.”
Apparently, both Lutfi and Ghalib has been calling the pop star continuously. Britney Spears has been informing Ghalib of her destinations unaware that he arranges for paparazzi to hunt her down and film her to Adnan’s financial benefit. Jamie Spears says, “He is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery.”
Jaime Spears also alleges that Lufti tried to contact Britney on Dec 27-28 last year via Britney’s hairdresser with the message that Lufti wasn’t responsible for creating the conservatorship. Lufti supposedly sent a text message to Britney’s hairdresser saying, “I’ve done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now.”
Now, the restraining orders forbid both Ghalib, Lutfi and lawyer Jon Eardley (who was involved in trying to stop the conservatorship) from contacting Britney or coming within 250 yards of the singer, her property or her family members.
