HSM star KayCee Stroh married her boyfriend Ben Higginson in Salt Lake City Utah on Friday.
The couple, who are both 24 years old, tied the knot in a private Mormon ceremony at the Salt Lake Temple. Stroh and Higginson then exchanged their wedding bands at a ring ceremony, which was attended by family and close friends, including Stroh’s High School Musical co-stars Bart Johnson, Ryne Sanborn and Monique Coleman.
Stroh revealed, “I am such a romantic and this is the wedding I have dreamed of having since I was a little girl.” She then went on to share details about how she met her new husband, saying, “The first time I saw him I had a good feeling about him. I had this feeling that told me, ‘You’re going to spend a lot of time in your life with this person. We talked for hours and we had so much in common and I could tell he was an amazing person.”
Higginson, who co-owns a Utah-based production company, met Stroh in late 2007 and became engaged on Mary 24, 2008, while Stroh was filiming HSM3 in Utah.The couple plans to move to L.A. after their Hawaiian honeymoon.
