Harlow Madden, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s baby, will turn a year old on January 11, but as early as today, her uncle Benji Madden warns the potential suitors of his niece.
The 29-year-old twin brother of Joel, Benji tells People magazine, “I’m going to be keeping a close eye on her. I’ll leave the shotgun right by the door.”
Benji is happy about how Harlow’s parents have been raising her so far. Benji reveals that his brother and girlfriend Nicole’s secret us that they always put Harlow above everything else. He also said that Joel and Nicole’s instincts just amazingly came out after Harlow was born. Benji added, “Joel is such a great dad and Nicole is the best mom I’ve ever seen. Joel is all about showing up. His main concern in life is protecting and caring for his family.”
