Kelly Rutherford, who is a member of the cast of the CW soap Gossip Girls, has filed for divorce from her second marriage.
Rutherford was married to Carlos Tarajano in 2001, but was divorced seven months later. She then married her second husband Daniel Giersch in August 2006. Even though the 40-year-old actress is three months pregnant with her second child, Rutherford and her husband of two years Daniel Giersch both filed for the divorce on Friday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
