That’s four years in a row that Britney tops the online searches.

In fact, USA Today’s Celebrity Heat Index also ranks Britney as number 1 in terms of exposure in print and the internet. Though Angelina Jolie took the 2nd spot, followed by Jennifer Aniston in 4th, Britney Spears continues to have a huge following.
