The stars of High School Musical 3 reportedly left Melbourne fans heartbroken at the film’s Australian premiere. According to the Herald Sun, die-hard fans of the movie gave Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale toy koalas, kangaroos and flowers at the Jam Factory in Melbourne’s CBD on Wednesday Night. Along with the gifts are handwritted notes with messages “Thanks for coming to Melbourne” and “I love you Zac”.
After waiting for 12 hours just to get autographs from the stars, the three Disney stars rushed the autograph signing and their speeches. The stars clearly had no interest of what the fans gave and had to say as Efron, Hudgens and Tisdale made a hasty exit through the cinema backdoor. The Village Cinema staff felt bad for the fans, so they took care of the presents, stuffing the flowers, cards and toys into the cinema storeroom.
Some Aussie fans who were at the Melbourne premiere hit online message boards, accusing Vanessa Hudgens of being ungrateful. That’s some horrible diva stunt, if you ask me. I bet Disney would give these stars a bit of a beating – don’t they know that teenage die-hard fans can make or break their success? See more pictures of the trio below..
